Rigid Borescopes
A clear bright image is the most important performance feature of any visual inspection tool. That's why Lenox designs and manufactures every rigid borescope with one goal in mind - to delivery the highest possible image quality at the lowest cost. With over 650 diameter and depth options ( 0.039" to 0.75" diameter, 3" to 12" length), Lenox can offer the best borescope value in the industry. A value that can be 30% to 40% greater than some competitive borescopes.
In additional to the traditional rigid borescope product line, QA Technologies also provides the less expensive Autoscope product line.

The Autoscopes are design to support traditional engine inspections. With entry through the spark plug opening, the 8" to 15" long Autoscope will allow valve and cylinder wall inspections.
Fiberscopes
With the addition of over 20 new flexible scope models, Lenox now offers one of the world's most extensive lines of premium quality, affordably priced Fiberscopes that can pass through openings as small as .140 in. (3.5 mm). The Fiberscope line includes 3.5 mm and 6-mm models with two-way remote articulation (up to 180 degrees), and 7.5 mm and 10-mm models with four-way remote articulation (up to 140 degrees).
The flexible, waterproof probe is constructed with a woven stainless-steel sheathing that protects the fiber optics against damage during normal use. The sheathing is resin coated to allow smooth insertion through small openings. Its tight bending radius affords optimum maneuverability, allowing the probe to be snaked through narrow, winding interior passages.
Integrated into the probe is a powerful fiber optic light cable that helps illuminate dark interior cavities. Coupled with a variety of accessories, the fiberscopes provide their users with excellent inspection visibility. Fiberscopes offer direct-view and right angle objective lenses, and each includes a light cable and carrying case, as well as full video capabilities.
Sectional Borescopes
Original developed in 1920 to inspect huge steam turbines, the Lenox sectional borescope was adopted by the U.S. Army during World War II. Today, it is an industry standard for applications where uncompromising image quality, and user controlled length, are critical. This unique inspection tool is furnished as a basic 3 foot borescope with a threaded attachment point. By adding additional optional 3 foot screw-on extender sections, the working length can by increased (up to 150 feet) to meet almost any requirement.
Videoscopes
The Lenox View-A-Pipe II and View-A-Pipe AR (with remote focus and four-way articulation) extends the reach of the standard flexible borescopes. Based on CCD chip technology and fiberoptic illumination, the View-a-Pipe series can by provided in standard lengths up to 45'. The color video monitor produces clean, crisp images while allowing for group viewing.
